Clinic Location

The salon is located in Peterborough city centre, almost opposite The Drapers Arms Pub.

By bus the clinic is 5 min walk from Peterborough’s main bus station.

By train the clinic is 7 min walk from Peterborough main train station.

Clinic Parking

If you’re driving to the salon you can park on Queensgate Green Carpark which is a 2 minute walk or use the street parking on Cowgate (£1.10 for 30 mins).

There is ample parking near the clinic.

We have on street parking on Cowgate and streets nearby limited to 1hr.

The Clare Green Car Park of Queensgate shopping centre is the closest multi-storey to us. We would recommend parking in the lowest level and then walking out where you drive in and down the top end of Cowgate, 2 mins from the clinic.


For some of our treatments we require you to attend a consultation before you book the appointment. This is so we can ensure you are medically suitable for treatment, so we can explain and pre or post procedure information you may need and also we may need to patch test you. We will also send a digital consultation form to you via email or text message before your appointment. Please complete this before you attend.

Consultation Fees

We charge a £20 consultation fee. This is fully refundable if you are not medically suitable for treatment. It is also fully deductible from any treatment you have with us. The only time we retain a consultation fee is if you fail to attend or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hrs notice.

Cancellation  and Deposit Policy

At well:skin clinic we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality aesthetic treatments and exceptional customer service. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and to respect the time and expertise of our dedicated staff, we have implemented the following company policy regarding deposits and cancellations:

**1. Deposits:**

   – Clients are required to make a deposit of 20% of the total treatment cost at the time of booking an appointment.

   – Deposits can be paid via credit card, debit card, or any other payment method accepted by our clinic.

   – The deposit amount will be applied towards the cost of the scheduled treatment.

**2. Cancellation Policy:**

   – We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. To accommodate our clients and maintain the efficiency of our clinic, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.

   – Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointments must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

   – Failure to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of the 20% deposit.

**3. Rescheduling:**

   – Clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointments within a reasonable timeframe if they are unable to attend their originally scheduled session.

   – Deposits made for canceled appointments can be transferred to the rescheduled appointment, provided the 24-hour notice requirement is met.

**4. Exceptions:**

   – Exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis in situations of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Proper documentation may be required.

**5. Refund Policy:**

   – Deposits made in accordance with this policy are non-refundable unless the clinic cancels or reschedules the appointment for any reason.

We offer courses of treatments if you would like to have multiple numbers of the same treatment. It is often more cost effective to purchase them than individual sessions. Because of this course treatments are non refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

If you have a course of treatments with us and fail to attend the session is deducted from your course.


We have 2 washrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.


We respectfully request that you do not attend any appointments with children. This is due to Health and Safety reason.
